Hiring: Manager Performance Marketing

Location: Chennai
Experience: 8–15 Years

We are looking for a strong Performance Marketing leader to drive digital acquisition, scale campaigns and own business outcomes across the full customer funnel.

Key Responsibilities

- Own performance marketing strategy across Google Ads, DV360, Meta, Microsoft/Bing, LinkedIn, Programmatic, Affiliate, Partner channels & Apple Search Ads
- Drive lead generation, conversion, disbursals, COA and ROI across campaigns.
- Manage and optimise large marketing budgets with focus on CPL, CPA, COA, Conversion Rate and ROAS.
- Drive App Marketing & Acquisition campaigns.
- Analyse daily performance using Power BI, GA4 and GTM to identify trends, funnel gaps and optimisation opportunities.
- Drive audience/cohort analysis and full-funnel optimisation from acquisition to disbursal.
- Lead testing across audiences, creatives, bidding, landing pages and channels.
- Work closely with Product, Analytics, Technology and Business teams to improve campaign and funnel performance.
- Lead agencies/partners and mentor the performance marketing team.




- Stay ahead of emerging digital marketing trends, platforms, technologies and AI-driven solutions, and identify opportunities to adopt new approaches that can improve growth and efficiency.

Must-Have

10–15 years of Performance Marketing experience
Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads, DV360, Meta, Bing, LinkedIn, Apple Search & Programmatic
Strong Affiliate & Partner Acquisition experience
App Marketing & Acquisition experience
Strong knowledge of GA4 & Google Tag Manager (GTM)
Power BI experience for daily data analysis and reporting
Solid understanding of CPL, CPA, COA, Conversion, Disbursals & ROAS
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills

Added Advantage

Experience in Financial Services / Fintech / Banking / NBFC
Experience with Lending products – Personal Loan, Business Loan, Two-Wheeler Loan, Gold Loan, Consumer Finance, etc.
Experience managing large acquisition budgets and optimising COA against actual disbursals/revenue.
