Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage a team of engineers to design, develop, test, and deploy complex software applications using Java-based technologies such as Spring Boot and Microservices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for IT projects.
- Develop and maintain high-quality code by following best practices in coding standards, testing, and debugging techniques.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects by managing project schedules, resources allocation, and communication with stakeholders.

Job Requirements :

- 12-16 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry with expertise in Java development (Spring Boot) and microservices architecture.
- Robust understanding of Agile methodology principles including Scrum framework for project management.
- Experience working on large-scale enterprise systems integration projects involving multiple stakeholders.
