Role & responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain Cisco ISE solutions to support secure network access.
- Develop and manage network access policies including 802.1X, MAC authentication bypass (MAB), and guest access.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to authentication, authorization, and accounting (AAA).
- Integrate Cisco ISE with directory services (Active Directory, LDAP), firewalls, and other enterprise tools.
- Monitor performance, perform regular audits, and maintain the security posture of the network.
- Provide documentation, reports, and training for operations and security teams.
- Work closely with network, security, and system administration teams to ensure end-to-end secure access.
