Mandatory Requirements

- 1+ years of experience in Banking / Branch Banking.
- Hands-on experience in CASA Sales / CASA Acquisition.
- Experience in sourcing Current & Savings Accounts and NTB customers.
- Experience in field sales / open-market sales / customer acquisition.
- Comfortable with 50% field sales & CASA acquisition + 50% branch banking/customer relationship activities.
- Solid communication, customer handling and relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of local market and commercial catchments.
- Local language proficiency required.
- SME / Business Banking experience will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and acquire CASA customers through field visits, leads and open-market sourcing.
- Generate and convert NTB business opportunities.
- Manage customer relationships and achieve assigned sales targets.




- Conduct customer visits and develop business in the assigned market.
- Cross-sell relevant banking products and services.
- Coordinate with branch teams for account opening, documentation and customer servicing.
- Maintain customer records and follow bank processes/KYC requirements.

Ideal Candidate

Candidates from Banks with relevant experience in CASA Sales, CASA Acquisition, Relationship Management, Branch Banking, Liability Sales or Field Sales.

Non-banking profiles without relevant CASA experience may not be considered.
