We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Talent Acquisition professional who can take ownership of the complete recruitment process and help us build a strong, high-performing team.
This is not a routine resume-screening role. You will work closely with department heads and management, understand business requirements, identify the right talent and drive positions from Manpower Requirement Sourcing Interview Selection Offer Joining.

Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment
* Manage complete recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions.
* Understand manpower requirements and job specifications from department heads.
* Prepare and refine Job Descriptions based on business requirements.
* Source candidates through:
* Naukri
* LinkedIn
* Indeed
* Foundit
* Employee Referrals
* Consultants
* Social Media
* Other relevant recruitment channels
* Search and identify suitable candidates through active sourcing.
* Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
* Conduct initial HR screening and telephonic interviews.
* Evaluate candidates on experience, skills, communication,
salary expectations and suitability.
* Coordinate technical/functional interviews with respective department heads.
* Schedule interviews and ensure smooth candidate coordination.
* Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.
* Negotiate and close candidates within approved salary budgets.
* Coordinate offer release and joining formalities.
* Maintain regular follow-up until the candidate joins.
* Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements
Stakeholder Management
* Work closely with Department Heads to understand hiring requirements.
* Provide regular recruitment updates to management.
* Understand the skills and cultural requirements of different positions.
* Maintain strong coordination between candidates, HR Head.
* Act as a professional representative of AKAS Medical Equipment throughout the recruitment process.
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
* Represent AKAS professionally while interacting with candidates.
* Ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact to joining.
* Support recruitment campaigns and hiring drives.
* Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract quality candidates.
* Build a solid talent network for future hiring requirements.

Required Experience
2–4 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
Candidates with experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, Medical Equipment, Healthcare, Industrial or similar sectors will be preferred.
Qualification
* Any Bachelor’s Degree
* MBA / PGDM – HR preferred
