Roles Responsibilities

- Perform the activities as allocated, maintaining the timelines accuracy level

- Propose execute process specific automation initiatives

- Prepare necessary process documents/ SOPs, capturing any current nuances

Experience and Qualification

- Finance graduate with a professional qualification

- 5+ of Finance and Accounts s relevant experience in FPA-specific processes.

- Proven expertise in Financial Planning Analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

- Sound understanding of business context with ability to visualize broad picture.

- Problem solving and analytical skills with eye for detail.

- Proficiency in ERP systems; exposure to Advanced Excel, Anaplan, Workday, and other leading planning tools is desirable.

- Ability to meet deadlines without compromising quality.

- Strong communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement.
