Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets for consumer durables products in modern retail channels.
- Build strong relationships with retail outlets, distributors, and dealers to drive business growth.
- Identify new opportunities for product placement in modern trade stores and negotiate terms with retailers.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy.
Job Requirements :
- 3-10 years of experience in FMCD industry selling electrical products or consumer electronics/appliances.
- Strong understanding of contemporary retail channels (modern trade)
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective relationship building and negotiation skills.
