Role & responsibilities

- Develop conceptual designs, mood boards, and presentation drawings for residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare detailed working drawings, sections, elevations, and construction documents using AutoCAD.
- Create 3D models and visualisations using SketchUp, Revit, or Lumion.
- Read and interpret structural drawings (slab, brick markings, foundation) and coordinate electrical, plumbing, and HVAC drawings.
- Collaborate with senior architects on design development and project detailing.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure design intent is executed on site.
- Conduct site visits, measurements, and inspections as required.
- Maintain drawing registers, revision logs, and project documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

- B.Arch degree from a recognised institution.
- 25 years of experience in an architecture firm.
- Strong command of AutoCAD,



SketchUp, and Revit/ArchiCAD.
- Ability to independently produce complete working drawing sets.
- Knowledge of local materials, vendors, and construction practices in Hyderabad/Telangana.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design thinking, detailing, and execution.
- AutoCAD / SketchUp / Revit certification preferred but not mandatory.
