Lead test strategy, planning and execution across functional, integration, regression and performance testing. Manage QA teams, automation, defect lifecycle, test metrics, release readiness and stakeholder coordination.

Required Candidate profile

10-15 years in Software QA with 2-3 years as Test/QA Lead. Robust in test strategy, defect management, ALM/Jira, Agile, CI/CD and automation with excellent team and stakeholder management.
