We are currently looking for a dynamic and empathetic HR Executive to manage our night shift operations at our HITEC City, Hyderabad office.

- Oversee attendance, shift rosters, and logistics for the Hyderabad team.
- Source and screen candidates for specialized roles.
- Design and implement engagement activities tailored to a night-shift setting.
- Assist in HR documentation, onboarding, and ensuring compliance laws.
- Liaise with US-based managers to align HR policies and facilitate smooth communication.
- 03 years in HR Operations or Recruitment.
- Exceptional English verbal and written skills.
- Willingness to work fixed night shifts [e.g., 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST].
- Gain experience managing HR for both Indian and US-based teams.
- Work in a high-growth environment in Hyderabads premier tech hub.
