Role Description

- Implement and configure ServiceNow SAM Pro module independently.
- Champion the Software Asset Management (SAM) lifecycle, processes, and procedures to ensure data integrity of software rights, licenses, and usage.
- Support SAM compliance by maintaining accurate software entitlement, license, and usage information.
- Register recent Software Assets and Configuration Items (CIs) and maintain appropriate relationships based on defined SAM Pro models.
- Act as the technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) for ServiceNow IT Hardware Asset Management and Software Asset Management.
- Collaborate with IT Asset Management process owners, SMEs, and technical teams to implement and enhance ServiceNow ITAM capabilities.
- Lead requirements gathering and design workshops with business and technical stakeholders.




- Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Design, develop, configure, implement, and test ServiceNow IT Asset Management capabilities.
- Support enhancements, integrations, troubleshooting, testing, and deployment activities.
- Ensure ServiceNow ITAM processes follow established governance, standards, and best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and support for SAM Pro lifecycle and asset management processes.
