Key Responsibilities

* Handle end-to-end home loan processing for customers purchasing Urbanrise properties.

* Coordinate with banks, NBFCs and financial institutions for loan applications, sanctions and disbursements.

* Collect, verify and process customer KYC, income and financial documents.

* Follow up with customers and lending partners to ensure timely loan approvals.

* Coordinate with Sales, CRM, Finance and Legal teams for smooth loan processing.

* Resolve customer queries related to loan eligibility, documentation, sanction and disbursement.

* Maintain accurate records and regularly update the status of loan applications.

* Track pending documents, approvals, sanctions and disbursements and ensure timely closure.

* Develop and maintain solid relationships with banking and financial institution representatives.

* Ensure compliance with lender requirements and company processes.

* Support customers throughout the complete home-loan journey until disbursement.
