Required Skills & Experience

- 8+ yrs BA / systems analysis on complex integration or billing systems (Telecom)
- Turns ambiguous current-state into clear requirements; reverse-engineers legacy behavior
- Solid experience with Requirements gathering, data mapping, API contracts, SQL

- Familiarity with json, AFP, PDF file generation

- Strong ability to reverse enginner the existing system, documentation, designs and document current system architecture, design, requirements, etc.

- Soft: inquisitive, detail-oriented, strong SME-workshop facilitation"
