Experience supporting SaaS solutions/vendor applications on on-premise & Cloud.
Hands-on PL/SQL scripting and database skills..
Troubleshooting and Problem-solving Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve complex system issues, analyze system logs, and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime and optimize system performance.
Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with users, stakeholders, and team members, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
Automation and Scripting: Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g.,



PowerShell, Bash, Perl) and automation tools to streamline system administration tasks, automate routine processes, and improve efficiency.
Project Management: Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects, coordinate system upgrades and migrations, and meet project deadlines within established budgets, knowledge of JIRA/ServiceNow a plus
