Role & responsibilities

- Translate business questions into analytical approaches, hypotheses, and measurable success metrics.
- Own end-to-end insights solution design (requirement gathering, design, execution, testing, maintenance) ensuring speed, governance, and scalability.
- Acquire, clean, and combine data from multiple sources, document assumptions and data limitations.
- Deliver and optimize executive and operational dashboards with strong information design, storytelling, and user workflows
- Create insight narratives: summarize drivers, trends, and implications for decision-makers.
- Ensure quality through reproducible workflows, peer review, and version control where applicable.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align on requirements and timelines.
- Design and implement LLM-based workflows for research and insights use cases.
- Develop RAG and knowledge retrieval patterns with strong citation/traceability, and quality controls suitable for professional-services outputs.
- Create agentic AI orchestration (tool-use, multi-step planning, human-in-the-loop review) with guardrails and auditability.
- Establish and run evaluation and monitoring for GenAI solutions (accuracy, hallucination risk, and safety checks).
- Partner with R&I; practitioners to map research and insights workflows and embed AI where it improves speed, quality, and consistency without compromising judgment.




- Build and maintain Python-based components (APIs, pipelines, data processing, prompt/agent orchestration, test harnesses), emphasizing readability, reusability, and documentation.
- Produce clear technical documentation and enablement (how-to guides, usage standards, prompt/agent patterns, do/dont examples), and mentor junior team members where needed.

Qualifications Required

- MBA from recognized business schools or equivalent master’s in data science/ business analytics/AI.
- Demonstrated strength in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and critical reasoning, with exceptional skills in research, analysis, and presentation.
- 4+ years of relevant experience building Power BI, AI/ML and GenAI solutions in an enterprise environment (professional services experience is a strong plus).
- Strong hands-on expertise in Python.
- Demonstrated delivery experience with GenAI applications and practical understanding of LLM limitations and mitigation techniques.
- Comfortable operating in a quick-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
- Exposure to research methods and insights work (secondary research, qualitative analysis, storyboarding).
- Strong communication skills—able to explain AI concepts and risks clearly to non-technical audiences and produce executive-ready write-ups when needed.
