- 7+ years of Salesforce platform development experience
- Strong expertise in Apex development, including triggers and classes
- Experience building modern UI components using Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Experience with Visualforce and Lightning Aura Components (for legacy support)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, core objects, and relationships
- Proficiency with SOQL and SOSL for querying Salesforce data
- Solid understanding of Salesforce security model, including profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, and sharing rules
- Experience implementing Salesforce automation tools including validation rules, workflows, and process automation
- Experience developing reports and dashboards
- Experience working with Salesforce APIs and external system integrations
