Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead the talent acquisition team to identify, attract, and hire top-performing candidates for various positions within the organization.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality hires.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide guidance on interview processes, candidate evaluation, and offer management.
- Analyze metrics to measure recruitment performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize results.

Job Requirements :

- 7-15 years of experience in biotechnology industry or related field with expertise in niche hiring (vaccines) or strategic hiring.
- Proven track record of success in leading teams through end-to-end recruitment cycles from sourcing to onboarding current employees.
- Strong understanding of biotechnology industry trends, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent leadership hiring skills with ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
