Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

- Manage user onboarding, offboarding, access requests, and license allocation.
- Apply least-privilege access principles and maintain access governance.
- Support Airtable workspaces, interfaces, forms, automations, and integrations.
- Assess and triage recent Airtable use cases, including data classification, PII, AI usage, integrations, external users, and ownership.
- Route requests through appropriate governance processes (Security, Privacy, EA, iRisk, etc.).
- Perform periodic license reviews, inactive user cleanup, and workspace governance checks.
- Monitor platform adoption, utilization, and compliance with organizational policies.
- Provide L1/L2 platform support,



troubleshooting, and end-user guidance.
- Maintain documentation, approvals, audit records, and administrative activities.
- Coordinate with Airtable vendor support and internal stakeholders for issue resolution.

- Airtable Enterprise Administration
- User & License Management
- Airtable Interfaces, Forms, Automations, and APIs
- Governance, Security, and Compliance Awareness
- SSO, SCIM, RBAC, Identity Management
- Experience with Low-Code platforms (Appian, Power Platform, ServiceNow, Pega, Workato, etc.)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

1. ITIL Foundation Certification
2. Experience supporting enterprise SaaS platforms
3. Exposure to AI governance and enterprise architecture processes
