Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise the electrical maintenance team and allocate daily work.
- Handle PLC systems, VFD drives, control panels, and electrical panels.
- Perform panel wiring, control panel installation, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Troubleshoot and maintain hoists, cranes, motors, and other electrical equipment.
- Identify electrical faults and carry out corrective and preventive maintenance.
- Ensure electrical equipment operates safely and efficiently.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to minimize equipment downtime.
- Follow electrical safety procedures and company standards.




- Maintain maintenance records and report equipment issues to management.
- Guide team members in electrical troubleshooting and maintenance activities.

Required Skills

- Experience in industrial electrical maintenance.
- Positive knowledge of PLC, VFD, panel wiring, and control panels.
- Experience in crane/hoist electrical troubleshooting is preferred.
- Ability to lead and manage an electrical maintenance team.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of electrical safety practices.
