Job Description:
Virgin Media is looking for a Customer Support Associate to manage recruitment-related queries via calls, emails, and chats. The role involves supporting candidates, navigating users through the self-service portal, logging interactions, and ensuring compliance with GDPR and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats
- Support recruitment processes (freshers, rehires)
- Guide users on the self-service portal
- Perform security checks per GDPR guidelines
- Maintain high quality and productivity standards

Requirements:

- Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow preferred)
- Valuable communication skills (verbal & written)
- Basic technical aptitude
- Prior BPO experience preferred
