With our innovative platform application, we build a bridge between local retailers, service providers, and the online world. In addition, our eBusiness Software business unit offers a software suite specifically designed for the digitalization of the automotive industry.

With our media channel Automotive Insights, we provide comprehensive, up-to-date information for the B2B automotive industry. We are also developing an innovative platform for hybrid working that combines virtual offices, video meetings, chats, and digital collaboration in an intuitive work environment, helping companies efficiently connect remote and hybrid teams.

We are expanding and building a current development team in Lithuania. This is an exciting opportunity to join us at an early stage and play a key role in shaping the future of our payment platform. As a Senior Node.js Developer (m/f/d), you will design and build scalable backend services that power our payment platform. Working with modern cloud technologies, event-driven architectures and AWS, you will develop secure,



high-performance solutions while actively contributing to architectural decisions and the continuous evolution of our platform.

What you’ll do:

- Skilled software development using Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, SQS, SAM), REST APIs, and event-driven architectures.
- AI supported development process with Claude.
- Active shaping of the software architecture and contributions to design decisions.
- Developing, testing, and documenting the planned functionality.
- Working in a small, self-reliant Scrum team.
- Documentation of planning and implementation processes in the project management software Jira and Confluence.

What we expect from you:

- Several years of professional experience as a Node.js Backend Developer.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Solid understanding of software architecture and backend design principles.
- In-depth knowledge of PostgreSQL, including SQL optimization and query performance tuning.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, event-driven architectures and message queues (AWS SQS or RabbitMQ).
- Hands-on experience with AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, SQS, SAM).
- Proficiency in Docker and Docker Compose.
- Familiarity with Redis and caching concepts.
- Proficient English.
