Job Summary

We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the company's sales and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business leads through calls, emails, online research, and networking.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients and customers.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.
- Prepare and send quotations, proposals, presentations, and business communications.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, follow-ups,



and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
- Prepare regular reports on lead generation, follow-ups, conversions, and business performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Positive verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to handle calls, follow-ups, and client communication professionally.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to take initiative.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Prior experience in sales/business development will be an added advantage.
