Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Informatica IDMC Consultant with robust expertise in Cloud Data Integration (CDI), IDMC Platform Administration, Secure Agents, Taskflows, monitoring, troubleshooting, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, maintain, and support Informatica IDMC integrations.
- Develop and maintain CDI mappings, Mapping Tasks, and Taskflows.
- Perform IDMC/IICS environment administration and platform monitoring.
- Install, configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Secure Agents and Runtime Environments.
- Provide L3 production support for critical data integration processes.
- Troubleshoot job failures, performance issues, connectivity problems, and data-related issues.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes.




- Monitor and optimize integration job performance and resource utilization.
- Support DEV/QA/PROD deployments and migration activities.
- Manage connections, schedules, runtime environments, and integration configurations.
- Collaborate with business, application, infrastructure, and technical teams to understand integration requirements.
- Coordinate with Informatica Support for platform-level or product-related issues.
- Lead operational support and enhancement initiatives.
- Ensure production integrations meet availability, performance, and operational requirements.
