- - * Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- * Follow up with leads and customers regarding products, services, and enquiries.
- * Explain basic product information clearly and professionally.
- * Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
- * Generate and maintain customer interest through regular follow-ups.
- * Coordinate and schedule appointments or consultations when required.
- * Handle incoming customer calls and respond to basic customer queries.
- * Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups.
- * Update customer information and follow-up status in the company CRM/system.
- * Coordinate with Sales and Operations teams regarding customer requirements.
- * Escalate complex customer queries or complaints to the concerned team.
- * Follow up with customers after enquiries, consultations, or purchases when required.
- * Achieve assigned daily,



weekly, and monthly calling and follow-up targets.
- * Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers.
- * Follow company guidelines and maintain confidentiality of customer information.
- - Requirements
- - * Good verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada – mandatory.
- * Any Graduate / Undergraduate with relevant communication skills.
- * Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply.
- * Comfortable making outbound and handling inbound calls.
- * Positive customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
- * Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
- * Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn.
- * Target-oriented and able to work effectively in a team.
