Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding of current hires.
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop job descriptions, job postings, and interview schedules.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidate fit, and make recommendations for new hires.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and industry regulations during the entire recruitment cycle.
