Job Description:
- Manage after-sales service operations for Residential ACs across the assigned territory.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with service partners, dealers and technicians.
- Monitor service quality, TAT and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct field visits and ensure proper installation, maintenance and repair.
- Train service teams and monitor service performance.
Key Skills: Residential AC, HVAC Service, After-Sales Service, Service Network Management, Customer Complaint Handling, Troubleshooting and Team Management.
