We are seeking an Associate Copilot Studio Developer with 3-9 years of experience to design, configure, test, and deploy AI-powered agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and modern automation technologies. The role involves working closely with senior developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into practical AI-powered solutions.
Skill / Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3–9 years of overall IT experience with hands-on exposure to Microsoft technologies.
- Hands-on or working knowledge of Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Understanding of Copilot agents, topics, generative answers, plugins, and data connections.
- Basic understanding of APIs, REST, JSON, and enterprise integrations.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 / M365 suite.
- Exposure to Azure and enterprise application integrations is preferred.
- Knowledge of chatbots, conversational design, or NLP concepts is preferred.
- Basic scripting/programming knowledge such as PowerShell is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Positive written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work with technical and business stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities
- Design, build, configure, test, and deploy AI-powered agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Configure topics, generative answers, plugins, actions, and data connections within Copilot Studio.
- Integrate Copilot agents with Microsoft 365, Power Automate, Dataverse, APIs, and enterprise systems.
- Participate in requirements gathering and translate business requirements into functional conversational and agent behaviors.
- Test, troubleshoot, optimize, and refine Copilot agents to ensure accuracy, reliability, and quality user experience.
- Develop and maintain workflows and automations using Power Platform.
- Monitor agent usage, analytics, performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain technical documentation covering configurations, workflows, integrations, and best practices.
- Collaborate with senior developers, product owners, and cross-functional teams on Copilot initiatives.
- Ensure Copilot solutions comply with organizational governance, security, and compliance standards.
- Manage support tickets and associated SLAs, including troubleshooting and resolution.
- Stay updated on Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, M365, and AI automation capabilities.
