Job Summary

The position will be responsible for managing end-to-end talent acquisition activities across the organization. The individual will work closely with business and functional stakeholders to understand manpower requirements, develop effective sourcing strategies, identify suitable candidates, and ensure timely closure of positions.

The position requires strong knowledge of recruitment practices, excellent stakeholder management skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities

Understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities from business and functional teams.

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to offer closure and joining.

Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, social media, employee referrals, consultants, databases, and other relevant channels.

Screen resumes and conduct preliminary discussions to assess candidates against job requirements.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders.

Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the selection process.

Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations, documentation, and joining formalities.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future business requirements.

Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment consultants, staffing partners, and external talent sources.

Track recruitment metrics including open positions,



sourcing, interviews, offers, closures, joining ratios, and turnaround time.

Ensure recruitment activities are completed within agreed timelines and hiring targets.

Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment MIS.

Conduct market mapping and talent research to identify relevant talent pools within the real estate and related industries.

Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives to strengthen the organization's talent attraction strategy.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Work closely with HR and business stakeholders on workforce planning and upcoming hiring requirements.

Ensure all recruitment processes comply with company policies and internal HR guidelines.

Handle multiple positions simultaneously while maintaining quality and confidentiality of candidate information.

Preferred Background

Experience in talent acquisition/recruitment within real estate, construction, infrastructure, property development, or related industries would be preferred.

Experience handling both corporate and project-based hiring would be an advantage.

Exposure to hiring across sales, engineering, projects, finance, legal, marketing, HR, and other corporate
