Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Payroll Executive/Senior Associate to join our Finance & HR team. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day payroll activities, maintain employee records, and ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in monthly payroll processing and salary calculations.
• Maintain accurate employee payroll and attendance records.
• Verify attendance, leave, overtime, deductions, and other payroll inputs.
• Assist with salary slips and payroll reports.
• Support statutory payroll activities such as PF, ESI, PT, and TDS.
• Handle payroll-related employee queries and provide timely support.
• Maintain payroll documentation and ensure data confidentiality.
• Assist the Finance/HR team with payroll reconciliation and reporting.





Skills Required
• Basic knowledge of payroll and HR processes.
• Valuable knowledge of MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical ability.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information.
• Willingness to learn payroll processes and statutory compliance.

Eligibility
• Any Graduate
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with 05 years of payroll experience will be preferred.
