- Support the Assistant Manager (AM) in managing project execution.
- Handle day-to-day field activities at installation sites.
- Ensure timely installation and commissioning as per defined timelines.
- Manage material availability and resolve shortages at site.
- Conduct basic in office surveys using ECOZENs survey application.
- Monitor and track survey submissions via the mobile app.
2. Stakeholder & Contractor Coordination
- Coordinate with local contractors and site workers.
- Liaise with DISCOM field offices and district engineers for:
- Survey approvals
- Inspection
- Net metering processes
- Licensing requirements
- Ensure smooth communication between field teams and DISCOM authorities.
3. Supervision & Monitoring
- Supervise Project In-charges,
MIS Executives, and Warehouse Executives.
- Track project progress and escalate delays or operational issues.
- Ensure payment collection coordination where required.
4. Compliance & Safety
- Ensure strict adherence to electrical and site safety standards.
- Maintain compliance with operational and regulatory norms
