Need 1 year of Experience into Client Handling Infosys,Accenture
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for IT/Non-IT roles, including sourcing candidates through various channels.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fitment with client requirements.
- Coordinate onboarding process for recent hires and ensure timely joining.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, applications, and offer extensions.
