About the Role
As Project Executive, you will run commercial interior and managed workspace fit-out projects from planning through handover. You will work closely with vendors, contractors and internal teams to deliver projects on time and to Urban Vault's quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute commercial interior and workspace fit-out projects from initiation to handover
- Track project progress, timelines, site readiness and quality standards
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and within agreed timelines
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, internal teams and stakeholders
- Resolve on-site challenges and follow up consistently until closure
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in coworking, managed office spaces, commercial interiors or fit-out projects
- [Education, e.g. Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil or Interior]
- Strong ownership mindset, accountability and a proactive, execution-focused approach
- Positive communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable in a fast-moving environment and adaptable to changing project needs
