We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Customer Relationship Manager to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills, and be comfortable interacting with clients & conducting meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Explain our real estate projects and offerings to clients effectively.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options.
- Follow up with clients to close sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Maintain records of client interactions and share feedback with the sales team.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales team to improve client experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree (any stream).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Presentable personality and confident while talking to clients.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Experience in real estate sales or customer-facing roles will be an added advantage.
