Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the company's overall business strategy, vision, and growth roadmap aligned with the Ayurveda and wellness market.
- Own complete P&L;, revenue, profitability, cash flow, and business performance of the organization.
- Lead the development and commercialization of Ayurvedic medicines, herbal products, nutraceuticals, personal care, wellness and healthcare solutions.
- Drive recent product development (NPD) in collaboration with Ayurveda doctors, R&D;, formulation, quality and regulatory teams.
- Ensure products are developed in accordance with Ayurvedic principles, applicable quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Build and strengthen the company's brand positioning in domestic and international markets.
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies across retail, distributors, e-commerce, D2C, institutional and wellness channels.
