- Monitor key inventory metrics including Inventory Turnover Ratio (ITR), Fill Rate, Stock Cover, Ageing, and Non-Moving Inventory .
- Drive FIFO/FEFO practices to minimize expiry, damage, and inventory write-offs.
- Manage replenishment cycles in coordination with Demand Planning and Category teams .
- Conduct regular cycle counts, stock audits, and inventory reconciliation to maintain high stock accuracy.
- Identify and drive reduction of non-moving, slow-moving, excess, expiry, and damaged inventory .
- Monitor inventory health and proactively address stock availability and replenishment gaps.
- Ensure adherence to inventory SOPs and operational processes.
- Analyze inventory trends and prepare regular MIS and performance reports.
- Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, category, and operations teams to resolve inventory-related issues.
