- Manage day-to-day put-away operations and ensure timely stock movement to designated locations.
- Drive put-away productivity and TAT as per defined operational targets.
- Ensure high inventory and bin accuracy through regular checks, cycle counts, and reconciliation.
- Monitor warehouse processes and ensure adherence to SOPs, quality, safety, and compliance standards .
- Conduct regular process audits and identify gaps, deviations, and corrective actions.
- Manage and allocate manpower to achieve daily productivity and operational targets.
- Monitor team performance, attendance, productivity, and discipline.
- Train, coach, and guide team members to improve operational performance.
- Coordinate with inbound, inventory, and other warehouse teams to resolve process issues.
- Prepare daily MIS and track key operational KPIs.
