Senior Executive Operations

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth, timely execution.
- Oversee Inbound (IB), Putaway, Picking, Packing, Dispatch, and Returns processes.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, SLAs, quality, and safety standards .
- Plan and allocate manpower and resources based on daily volumes and workload.
- Monitor productivity, operational KPIs, and process compliance.
- Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with transport, customer service, and support teams for seamless operations.
- Handle day-to-day operational escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct regular floor checks and ensure inventory and process accuracy.
- Prepare daily MIS and operational performance reports.
- Support process improvement initiatives to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Train and guide team members on processes and SOP adherence.
