Position : Engineering Head (AGM / DGM)

- Location: Dera Bassi (Main Plant)
- Reporting To: Plant Head
- Experience: 1520 years
- Qualification : BE Mechanical

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in Chemical/ API / Pharmaceutical manufacturing is mandatory.
- Candidates currently working in North India will be preferred.
- Should have worked with chemical manufacturing companies.
- Exposure to manual operations/processes in manufacturing.

Technical & Functional Responsibilities

- Overall responsibility for engineering operations of the plant.
- Hands-on exposure to:
- Reactors (approx. 260)
- Boilers
- Thermic Fluid Heater (TFH)
- Utility management
- Refrigeration systems
- Boiler maintenance
- Plant maintenance

- Experience in new building/project execution and plant revamp activities.

Project Exposure





Candidates should have independently handled projects related to:

- Electrical
- Civil
- Mechanical
- Utility

Team Management

- Experience in leading a team of approximately 100 manpower.

Key Focus Areas for Search

- Engineering leaders from chemical/API pharmaceutical manufacturing companies.
- Candidates with robust maintenance, utilities, project execution, and plant engineering exposure.
- Preference for candidates based in or willing to relocate to North India, particularly Dera Bassi.

Action Items

1. Initiate mapping of Engineering Heads/AGM/DGM level professionals from API and chemical manufacturing companies.
2. Prioritize candidates with exposure to large utility infrastructure, reactor operations, and greenfield/brownfield projects.
3. Prepare an initial shortlist for client review based on the above criteria.
