- Manage and supervise daily transport operations including route planning, scheduling, and execution
- Oversee transport budgets and optimise transport routes
- Train, manage, and monitor drivers and helpers
- Address parents queries related to transport and routes
- Monitor GPS tracking systems and CCTV cameras installed in buses
- Manage student data on Transport ERP software
- Maintain attendance records of drivers and helpers
