About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Non-Tech Recruiter to join our consulting team in Gurgaon on a 6-month contract. The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment across non-technical functions, with a primary focus on Sales, Finance, and Leadership roles.

The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management skills, expertise in sourcing and assessing senior talent, and a proven ability to deliver high-quality candidates in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end recruitment for non-technical positions, including Sales, Finance, and Leadership roles.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand role requirements, candidate profiles, and selection criteria.
- Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies to attract high-quality talent.
- Use advanced sourcing techniques, recruitment platforms, professional networks, and ATS tools to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and upcoming hiring requirements.
- Conduct candidate screening, competency-based interviews, and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate the recruitment lifecycle from job posting and sourcing through interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Conduct reference checks and other pre-employment verification activities as required.




- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on hiring progress, pipeline, and key performance indicators.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, turnaround time, and candidate quality.
- Mentor and guide junior recruiters, where required, and contribute to a collaborative, high-performance recruitment team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6–9 years of proven recruitment experience, preferably with significant exposure to non-technical hiring.
- Strong experience hiring for Sales, Finance, Leadership, and other business functions.
- Valuable understanding of the consulting sector and its recruitment requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong candidate sourcing and talent-pipeline development capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment software, and sourcing platforms.
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with hiring managers and the broader recruitment team.
