Repute Digital Business Agency is looking for an experienced Business Development professional with solid exposure to the Coimbatore / Western Tamil Nadu market and proven experience in selling digital marketing, branding, advertising, website development or related agency services.

The ideal candidate should be a strong B2B new-business hunter who can independently identify prospects, meet business owners and senior decision-makers, understand their requirements, present appropriate digital solutions, negotiate commercials and close business.

The person will also be responsible for supporting and guiding the Business Development team and contributing towards monthly and quarterly revenue targets. The original role specifically includes new-business generation, client meetings, proposal presentations, negotiations, closures, pipeline management and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new B2B business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, networking and referrals.
- Develop business specifically across Coimbatore and the surrounding Western Tamil Nadu market.
- Meet business owners, founders and senior decision-makers.
- Sell digital marketing, branding,



social media, SEO, paid advertising, website development, creative and e-commerce solutions.
- Prepare proposals and conduct client presentations.
- Handle commercial negotiations and independently close deals.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Achieve individual and team revenue targets.
- Develop long-term client relationships and identify upselling opportunities.
- Manage, guide and monitor the Business Development / Sales team.

Mandatory Requirements

- 6-10 years of Business Development / Sales experience.
- Experience in a Digital Marketing / Branding / Advertising / Creative / Digital Agency is mandatory.
- Coimbatore / Western Tamil Nadu local market experience is strongly required.
- Strong B2B new-client acquisition experience.
- Proven track record of generating and closing new business.
- Cold calling and direct client meeting experience.
- Experience handling proposals, presentations and commercial negotiations.
- Previous sales / BD team-handling experience.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing and branding services.
