We combine traditional practices with modern health solutions, offering general fitness, vinyasa flow, power yoga, and specialized supportive therapeutic yoga (addressing issues like back pain, cervical spine health, PCOD/PCOS, and joint care).

Role OverviewWe are seeking passionate, disciplined, and knowledgeable Yoga Teachers & Instructors to guide individuals and groups toward balanced living. You will design and lead engaging sessions tailored to varying fitness levels, therapeutic needs, and age groups.

Key Responsibilities

- Class Delivery: Plan and lead high-quality classes across general yoga, Vinyasa/Ashtanga flow, Power Yoga, or specialized practices (e.g., Chair, Aerial, or Therapeutic Yoga).
- Therapeutic Guidance: Assist clients with specific physical health concerns using safe alignment techniques, props, and gentle posture adjustments.
- Client Engagement: Assess participant needs, track progress, offer tailored modifications, and deliver clear, supportive instruction.
- Community Building:



Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and peaceful environment for all members.
- Professional Standards: Maintain studio cleanliness, adhere to scheduled class times, and continuous self-learning in yoga science and physiology.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Skills: Solid understanding of human anatomy, posture alignments, pranayama, and meditation techniques.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with a warm, encouraging teaching style.
- Attributes: Punctual, empathetic, adaptable, and eager to grow with a expanding wellness team.
- Experience: Open to both passionate freshers and experienced yoga instructors.
