Role : Zonal Manager

Location : Delhi

Role Purpose The Zonal Manager Commercial Lines will be responsible for driving profitable growth of the Commercial Lines portfolio across the assigned zone. The role will lead business development, relationship management, underwriting coordination, portfolio management, and team performance across commercial insurance products.

Roles & Responsibilities :

. Business Development & Growth

Develop and execute the zonal business strategy for Commercial Lines in alignment with organizational objectives.

Drive current business acquisition and renewal retention across the assigned territory.

Identify key market opportunities, industries, customer segments, and large corporate accounts.

Build and maintain relationships with key brokers, agents, corporate clients, intermediaries, and other distribution partners.

Drive cross-selling and up-selling across the Commercial Lines product portfolio.

Monitor business pipelines, conversions, renewal ratios,



and business productivity.

Participate in client meetings, negotiations, presentations, and large-account discussions.

Develop relationships with key decision-makers in large and mid-sized corporates.

Client & Stakeholder Management

Manage relationships with key corporate customers and major accounts.

Act as an escalation point for critical client and intermediary issues.

Coordinate with claims, operations, underwriting, finance, and risk teams to deliver seamless service.

Participate in customer reviews and renewal discussions.

Improve customer retention and overall client experience
