Role – Federal Proposal Specialist / Federal RFP Analyst

Purple Drive Technologies is expanding its U.S. Federal Government contracting practice and is looking for an experienced Federal Proposal Specialist / RFP Analyst to join our team in India.

We have successfully completed our SAM.gov registration and are currently working on federal market research and opportunity identification. This role will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end federal contracting and proposal process.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify relevant U.S. Federal Government contracting opportunities
- Monitor SAM.gov, GSA eBuy, agency procurement portals, and subcontracting opportunities
- Review and analyze RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, Sources Sought, and solicitations
- Conduct Bid/No-Bid analysis
- Prepare compliance matrices, proposal checklists, and submission schedules
- Coordinate with internal teams to develop technical and management proposals
- Prepare and maintain proposal content, past performance, resumes, company information, and supporting documentation
- Manage proposal timelines, amendments, Q&A;, and final submissions
- Submit proposals through appropriate U.S. Government procurement portals
- Conduct federal market and competitor research
- Track opportunities, submissions, awards, and pipeline activities
- Support development of long-term federal contracting strategies

Required Experience & Skills
- 3+ years of experience in U.S.



Federal Government proposals / government contracting
- Hands-on experience with SAM.gov
- Solid understanding of U.S. Federal procurement and solicitation processes
- Experience analyzing RFP/RFQ/RFI requirements
- Knowledge of FAR, NAICS, PSC codes, set-asides, and federal contracting terminology
- Strong proposal writing and documentation skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong analytical, research, and organizational skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Preferred
- Experience in IT services, IT staffing, technology solutions, or workforce solutions
- Experience with GSA contracts / GSA eBuy
- Knowledge of U.S. small-business contracting programs
- Experience with federal subcontracting and teaming opportunities
- APMP certification is a plus
- Experience working with U.S.-based proposal or business development teams

What You’ll Do You will become a key member of our Federal Business Development & Proposal Team, helping Purple Drive identify the right opportunities, determine bid strategy, develop compliant proposals, and successfully submit federal bids.
