ASSISTANT PROFESSOR / FACULTY – MBA AVIATION, HOSPITALITY & TOURISM MANAGEMENT

We are looking for an experienced and passionate academic professional / industry professional who can teach and mentor MBA students pursuing Aviation, Hospitality & Tourism Management.

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Employment Type : Full-Time

Work Arrangement: On-Campus

Teaching Areas The candidate should have strong knowledge and the ability to teach subjects such as:

Aviation Management

Hospitality & Hotel Management

Tourism & Travel Operations

Customer Service & Communication

Business & Management Skills

Industry practices, operations and management concepts related to Aviation, Hospitality & Tourism

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging and practical lectures to MBA students.
- Plan and prepare lectures, presentations, case studies, assignments and other academic materials.
- Relate classroom concepts to real-world aviation, hospitality and tourism industry practices.
- Mentor students and support their academic and professional development.
- Conduct assessments and provide constructive feedback.
- Encourage students to develop professional, managerial and communication skills.
- Participate in seminars,



workshops, guest lectures and other academic activities.
- Contribute to curriculum development and academic initiatives.

Who We’re Looking For

- A Master’s degree in Aviation, Hospitality, Tourism, Travel & Tourism, Business Management or a relevant field.
- Strong subject knowledge and the ability to teach MBA-level students.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Teaching/academic experience or relevant industry experience in Aviation, Hospitality, Tourism or Travel.
- Candidates with UGC-NET / Ph.D. will be preferred.
- Industry professionals with strong practical knowledge who are interested in teaching are also encouraged to apply.
