Motion Designer

About the Role

Nolox is looking for a Motion Designer to join our creative team.

We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys making things move and understands that great motion is more than animation. It’s about timing, storytelling, emotion, and attention to detail .

You’ll work across brand identities, launch campaigns, social media, advertisements, product explainers, websites, and UI motion. You’ll work closely with our Creative Directors, Brand Designers, and Digital Designers to bring ideas to life.

What You’ll Do

- Create motion graphics for brand identities, campaigns, websites, and digital experiences
- Design engaging social media ads and branded content
- Create product explainers and animations that communicate ideas clearly
- Animate logos, typography, illustrations, icons, and other brand assets
- Develop motion systems that complement and strengthen brand identities
- Create UI animations and interactive motion
- Explore different creative directions and refine the strongest concepts
- Work with timing, pacing, transitions, and sound to create polished work
- Collaborate with designers and creative leads throughout the process
- Prepare clean, production-ready files for clients and developers
- Participate in brainstorming and creative reviews

What We’re Looking For

- 2–5 years of professional experience in Motion Design
- Strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating your creative ability
- Good understanding of animation principles, timing, rhythm, and pacing
- Strong visual sense and understanding of typography, composition, colour, and hierarchy
- Experience creating brand motion, advertisements, explainers,



and digital content
- Experience animating typography, logos, illustrations, icons, and UI
- Ability to take a static design and determine how it should move
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of craft
- Good communication skills and ability to explain creative decisions
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working during Indian business hours

- Adobe Photoshop

You don’t need to know every tool on this list. Strong fundamentals and great work matter more than the software you use.
