Wellness Consultant / Lifestyle Coach

Are you passionate about health, fitness, wellness and helping people build better lifestyle habits?

We are expanding our wellness team and looking for motivated individuals who want to work with people, understand their wellness goals and support them in building healthier daily routines.

This is an independent, performance-based opportunity, not a conventional salaried employment position. You will receive guidance, training and mentorship from our team while developing your own customer base and wellness practice.

What You Will Do

- Connect with individuals interested in improving their nutrition, fitness and lifestyle
- Understand their health and wellness goals and daily routines
- Conduct basic wellness discussions and follow-ups
- Support clients in building consistent healthy lifestyle habits
- Guide clients on available nutrition and wellness products/programs within approved guidelines
- Maintain regular communication with clients through calls, WhatsApp and other channels
- Build long-term relationships and generate business through customer referrals and personal networks
- Attend team training, wellness sessions and development activities
- Maintain professional and ethical communication with customers

What We Are Looking For
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Genuine interest in health, fitness and wellness
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable speaking with people and building relationships
- Self-motivated and disciplined
- Ability to work independently
- Freshers are welcome — prior sales, fitness, customer service or wellness experience is an advantage

Compensation

No fixed monthly salary.

Income is performance-based and can vary depending on customer sales, business activity and eligibility under the applicable compensation structure.
