We are looking for a dynamic, creative and result-oriented Wedding & Events Sales Executive who understands the wedding industry, has a passion for décor and design, and possesses the ability to convert client visions into impressive event concepts and successful business opportunities.

Role Overview The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wedding planning and event sales, an eye for creative décor, excellent client-handling skills and the ability to develop innovative wedding concepts. This role combines business development, client relationship management, creative décor ideation and sales conversion .

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

- Generate new business opportunities in the wedding and events industry through networking, references, market research and client outreach.
- Identify and develop relationships with prospective clients, wedding planners, event agencies, venues and industry partners.
- Handle client enquiries, understand their requirements and convert leads into confirmed business.
- Prepare compelling proposals, quotations, presentations and customized event concepts.
- Conduct client meetings, venue visits, presentations and follow-ups to drive sales conversions.
- Negotiate commercial terms, manage client expectations and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and regularly update the sales CRM.

2. Wedding Décor & Creative Design

- Possess a strong understanding of wedding décor, themes, aesthetics, colour palettes, floral arrangements, stage design, mandaps, entrances and venue styling.
- Develop fresh, innovative and visually appealing décor concepts tailored to client preferences,



budgets and event requirements.
- Create mood boards, design references, décor presentations and concept proposals to bring creative ideas to life.
- Stay updated with the latest wedding décor trends, international design concepts, materials, technologies and experiential event innovations.
- Work closely with the creative and production teams to develop practical, visually impactful and commercially viable décor solutions.
- Understand décor materials, fabrication techniques, lighting integration and production feasibility to ensure concepts can be executed effectively.

3. Client Relationship Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales and planning journey.
- Understand client expectations, preferences, budgets and event requirements to deliver personalized solutions.
- Present creative ideas confidently and communicate design concepts effectively.
- Ensure timely follow-ups, skilled communication and a seamless client experience.
- Maintain long-term relationships to generate repeat business, referrals and recommendations.

4. Coordination & Execution

- Coordinate with internal teams, including wedding planners, designers, production, décor, operations and vendors, to ensure smooth project handovers.
- Work closely with the execution team to ensure that proposed concepts align with approved budgets, timelines and operational capabilities.
- Participate in site inspections, client presentations and pre-event planning meetings.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, proposals, negotiations, conversions and client feedback.

Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of experience in wedding planning, wedding décor, event sales or business development .




- Robust understanding of luxury weddings, wedding décor concepts, event design and production.
- Proven ability to generate leads, manage client relationships and convert enquiries into confirmed business.
- Creative mindset with the ability to conceptualize new décor designs, themes and event experiences.
- Proficiency in creating presentations, mood boards and design proposals using PowerPoint, Canva or similar tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong networking, relationship-building and business development abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple client enquiries and projects simultaneously.
- A proactive, target-driven approach with a strong sense of ownership.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, venue visits and site inspections as required.
