Role Description The Website & SEO Specialist is a full-time, hybrid role based in India, with flexibility for partial work from home. The specialist will manage and optimize the company website, ensuring accurate, up-to-date content, strong technical performance, and a user-friendly experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting keyword research, performing SEO audits, implementing on-page SEO enhancements, and coordinating link-building initiatives to improve search rankings and organic traffic.

The role involves monitoring web analytics,



preparing performance reports, and recommending data-driven improvements to SEO strategies and site structure. The specialist will collaborate with marketing, sales, and technical teams to align website content and SEO efforts with overall business and branding objectives.

Qualifications

- Ability to perform comprehensive keyword research and apply findings to content and metadata optimization.
- Experience conducting SEO audits and implementing technical and content-related SEO improvements.
- Skill in planning and executing ethical link-building strategies to enhance domain authority and visibility.
- Proficiency with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console) to track performance and inform strategy.
- Hands-on experience with on-page SEO, including title tags, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking, and structured data.
- Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress or similar) and basic HTML/CSS for in office optimization.

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
