Role Description This is a full-time Wedding Planner role based in Bengaluru, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some work from home.

The Wedding

Planner will manage end-to-end wedding planning, including understanding client requirements, designing event concepts, and coordinating venues, vendors, décor, and logistics.

Responsibilities include creating and managing timelines and budgets, organizing client meetings, conducting venue visits, and ensuring all event elements align with the agreed plan. The role involves on-site supervision during events, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining strong client communication before, during, and after the wedding.

Planner will also collaborate with internal team members and external partners to deliver seamless, high-quality events.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Planning and Budgeting skills to create realistic timelines and manage costs effectively.
- Candidates should possess Event Planning and Wedding Planning skills to coordinate venues, vendors, décor, and logistics.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to build trust, manage expectations, and maintain positive client relationships.
- Candidates should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
- Candidates should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under time-sensitive conditions.
- Relevant experience in event or wedding planning is preferred; formal training or certification in event management is an advantage.
- Proficiency with basic office tools and planning software, and willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
